I’m just finishing the licensing process myself and I am excited be Foster Mom. I’ve been researching blogs along the way to try to find people I can get help, advice, support, and encouragement along the way as I have no doubt that the upcoming adventures will be nothing short of crazy! But I’m still looking forward to it. I have never written a blog either and short of signing up for one I haven’t done much but I’m hoping to be able to blog my way through being a foster parent as a way to express my feelings and connect with others. I’m happy I stumbled across yours! Looking forward to hopefully swapping some stories 🙂
No way! That’s awesome. Congrats! I had no idea there would be so many people blogging about their experience foster parenting. It’s so cool to get to know other people in the same “boat”. Any idea when you’ll be finished & officially licensed?? Can’t wait to read about your journey! -Blake
